We offer a wide variety of products on our online store, but we have no physical store.
2. Where does iCubeMart ship packages from?
iCubeMart is world wide brand name manufacturers' authorized dealer. iCubeMart receives shipments directly from each manufacturer and ship all packages from Los Angeles, USA.
3. Which carrier does iCubeMart use for shipping?
We use the US Postal Service as our shipping carrier for all domestic and international packages.
4. Which countries do iCubeMart ship to?
We ship packages worldwide (to any country USPS delivers to). Please search here to verify if USPS ships to your country.
5. Which shipping methods do iCubeMart offer?
We offer all shipping methods that US Postal Services offer, including first class, priority mail, and priority mail express to all domestic and international customers based on the weight of each package. If you have any special need, please make sure to let us know here.
6. How often does iCubeMart take to process and ship each order?
We process orders every day based on the amount of orders received. We try to ship the order out no later than the following business day.
7. Can iCubeMart expedite my order?
Although we process each order no later than the following business day, we can't control how fast USPS process and deliver each package. If you have any special needs, please let us know here.
8. How long does it take for each shipping method?
Based on USPS and our customers' feedback,
For domestic orders:
- First Class: 2-7 business days
- Priority Mail: 2-5 business days
- Priority Mail Express: 1 business day
For international orders:
- First Class: 1 - 4 weeks
- Priority Mail: 1-3 weeks
- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 weeks
Our packages usually arrive on the lower end of these time ranges.

10. Will I receive a shipping notice?
Yes! We always send shipping notices with tracking numbers to customers after the completion of each order.
11. Does iCubeMart keep my financial information?
We use an authorized Payment Gateway (Authorize.Net) to process all payments. We don't actually receive any customer financial information.
12. Why does iCubeMart request the last 4 digits of the credit card I used in my international order?
The USA bank system doesn't have a consistent system with foreign banks/financial institutions (including credit card), so most foreign financial information can't be verified. To avoid fraud and ensure security, we need international customers to provide the last 4 digits of their credit card.
Once we receive the credit card information, we will process your order immediately.

15. How can I get the new member discount?
