We use USPS as our only carrier and we ship directly from Los Angeles. We are responsible for your puzzle until we send it to USPS for shipping, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged puzzles during that time. We are also not responsible for keeping the package status updated. If you need insurance or other extra services, please contact us at service.icubemart@gmail.com with your order number before your package is shipped out. You may also send any other questions you have through that e-mail.

Your order will be shipped out the day of or after ordering, depending on the date and time it was ordered. Your cubes may arrive in separate packages, so if you don't receive part of your order, don't worry! It is still on its way to you.

Domestic Orders

Every order will receive free tracking services if the address provided passes USPS's address verification process.

Estimated shipping time: 2-5 business days

International Orders

Your order will be shipped via USPA International First-Class Air Mail.

Estimated shipping time: 7 - 21 business days (varies with your own country's postal service efficiency and the Custom Clearance Process System's efficiency)
