Shipping

iCubeMart ONLY uses US postal office as the carrier, and all packages will be shipped based on the shipping method you choose when you check out. iCubeMart is only responsible for your package until we hand it off to USPS. If your package is lost along the way or damaged, know that we hold no protection or refunds. iCubeMart is NOT responsible for any damage, lost, or NOT being updated of the package status by usps.com during the transportation. If you need insurance and/or extra services, please contact us for your special needs at service.icubemart@gmail.com along with your order number (if you have one) before your package is shipped out. 

Domestic (USA)

Your order will be shipped USPS directly from Los Angeles (LA). We will ship out your order either the day you ordered or the next day (depending on order day and time). Your cubes might come in separate packages so if you didn't receive part of your order, don't stress out! It is still on the way! We will try hard to send your order as soon as possible. 

EVERY ORDER WILL RECEIVE FREE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TRACKING SERVICES. THIS IS ONLY IF THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED HAS PASSED USPS ADDRESS VERIFICATION PROCESS.

However, iCubeMart is NOT responsible for any damage, lost, or NOT being updated of the package status by usps.com during the transportation.

Estimated shipping time: 2-5 business days

Price for shipping will be calculated at checkout.

The more cubes you buy, the less the shipping costs (doesn't have to be the same cube).

               

International

You order will be shipped USPS International First-Class AIR MAIL directly from Los Angeles (LA). We will ship out your order either the day you ordered or the next day (depending on order day and time). We will try very hard to send you order as soon as possible.

Estimated shipping time:  normally 7-15 business days (varied by your own country's Postal Service and Custom Clearance Process System's efficiency)

1) If a delay occurs, it may take more than the normal waiting time and period. This is not at fault of iCubeMart because it is out of our control and when it is out of our control, we take no responsibilities. 

2) The times above are estimated and could be unpredictable at times due to delays or your Postal Service and Customs. We can promise you we will try hard to get your order to you as soon as possible but once we ship out your package, it is 100% in the Postal Services' (USPS and your country's Postal Service) responsibilities to get it to you in a timely manner while keeping it safe. 

3) Delivery Confirmation is not available for First Class International packages. If you have special needs, please add one item (http://www.icubemart.com/apps/webstore/products/show/3976343) into your shopping cart, and contact us at service@icubemart.com

4) A Custom Declaration number will be provided to you when we ship it out. This does not act as a tracking number and you will not be able to find your package's current status with it. It will only show WHEN your package was accepted by USPS, AND, it may show WHEN your package leaves USA at US postal office international process center. After your package leaves USA, it will not be updated any more (Canada mails may be updated when the packages went out for delivery starting Jan. 27, 2013).

Note:

Starting from Jan. 27, 2013, US postal office has provided further status update based on the Custom Declaration Number for Canada packages, and the status may be updated ONLY when the package went out for delivery.

Shipping Cost

Some customers have had concerns of our shipping system . . . and so do we. The shipping system we're currently utilizing is actually pretty accurate. Let me explain:

 

We calculate Shipping & Handling by the actual weight of each order, like the way the US Postal System calculates the price for us. iCubeMart actually doesn’t earn any money from your shipping cost. Shipping is just a service provided to you by us and we have no intention on grabbing extra money in the process. Maybe sometimes you might feel that we charge a little more than how much the Post Office actually charges us. Why? It’s because there is also a cost for the many supplies and materials we use, and the many hours and energy we spend to pack your orders. Normal customers do NOT have any clue how the Postage should be calculated. So, when they compare the charge @ iCubeMart vs. other US Cube Stores, they feel we charge too much! Actually, the amount we calculate is much closer to the actual amount paid to the US Postal Office. We have to say that we are making efforts to calculate the Shipping & Handling fee as accurate/reasonable as we can. But, don't be confused by other US Cube Stores' wrong calculation system.

WARNING and Important Information
iCubeMart is only responsible for your package until we hand it off to USPS. If your package is lost along the way or damaged, know that we hold no protection or refunds. The only way to ensure you know where your order is, is to upgrade your shipping method (tracking will be provided to all USA customers as a free gift; but, tracking is not available for international first class and priority. If international customers want to have tracking for their packages, they have to contact us to upgrade your shipping method, which will be international express mail, DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc). Also, if you want to make sure your order will be refundable when there is a loss during the transportation, please contact us to purchase insurance before shipping it out. 

 

USPS Changes Shipping Rates

The United States Postal Service changed their shipping rates for domestic and international packages today (January 27, 2013). Though USPS made Custom Declaration Number to be updated further atfer the package leaves USA international process center to Canada, international shipping costs have drastically been increased. This is very unfortunate but we must adjust our shipping costs accordingly.

For all orders placed prior to 12:30 P.M. (Pacific Standard Time) January 27, we are not going to request for the shipping difference though we will be paying much more to USPS. We are currently modifying our shipping costs so for the customers who orders after the stated time above, we might request a payment for the shipping difference. Once we are done modifying all of our products' shipping costs, we will send a notification letter to let you know.

We apologize for all the inconvenience this change has presented.
